#FitnessFriday is here again and today I want to share four intense abs and core exercises I do with my trainer. Nobody wants a muffin top so these exercises are really good for both building abs and as a core circuit. I try to always finish my work outs by doing abs exercises. Remember, always to suck in your stomach when you work on your abs or your core. That way you’ll benefit more from your exercise. 🙂

1. Reverse crunch with alt knee tucks on a swiss ball.

2. Seated crunches with a 12,5 lbs weight (5,7 kg)

3. Knee tucks with a burpee hop on a medicine ball

4. Hanging leg raises with a 12,5 lbs weight (5,7 kg)
