On this #FitnessFriday I’m sharing three effective butt exercises. When you do legs and butt it’s not only toning but you also burns fat and get your heart rate up.
I’m really big on doing legs and butt exercises especially since summer is just around the corner and we all want killer legs right 😉
The kg/lbs on the hand weights depends on your fitness level – but be aware that your leg muscles are much stronger than most people think. So don’t be afraid of the heavier weights when it comes to legs and butt.
1. Three move leg combo reverse dumbbell lunge to knee raise to flute kickback 3×10
2. High speed elevated knee raises 3×10
3. Elevated alternating reverse dumbbell squat combo 3×10
