After a serious car accident in 2010 I’m finally back to strengthen my back muscles. All my injuries caused me to have a bad posture because my back muscles wore weak. I also wasn’t happy with how my back looked because it wasn’t as trained and toned as I wanted it to be. That’s about to be changed! Since I’m now able to do certain back exercises. #ByeBackFat lol

Here is the four back exercises I did this week with my trainer @MrMvtFit

1.Assisted pull ups 3×10

2.Seated cable rows 3×15

3.Bent over dumbbell rows 3×10
