I admire Beyonce’s toned legs and booty! Especially for Summer I want her toned booty and legs. Here is four great exercises to get a booty like Beyonce.

Here is how to get skinny and toned arms fo girls. 

These exercises targets the glutes, quads, harmstrings and calves Another great thing about working your lower body is that your heart rate goes up too –> and you’ll burn fat. So check out my #fitnessfriday video below 🙂

I’m wearing “Fit By Victoriah Bech” 

1. 15 stability wall squats – go as low as you can then all the way back up

2. 15 quick pulse squats

3. 10 split squats per leg also with the stability ball

4. 15 stability ball squat and raise

Repeat 3 times.
