I love abs and lately I’ve been really focusing on abs and core and 5 times a week I challenge myself to do 300 ab exercises every day. So far I’ve been doing it but I still have 2 weeks left. Here is some of the exercises I did yesterday with my trainer @MrmvtFit.  #Fitnessfriday 

Here is my 10 secrets on how to loose weight and maintain your lean figure! 

1. Hanging knee raises 3×10

2. Stability ball full extension crunches 3×10

3. Stability ball single leg lateral (keep your booty lift and tight) 3×10 each leg

4. Russian twist with a 5 pound ball. 3×20
