Happy #FitnessFriday 🙂 Today I’m doing a three exercise circuit with a resistance band. I’m targeting my lower body (booty) and trust me when I tell you it might look really simple and easy but it burns like crazy!

I did three rounds first round 15 on each leg, then second round 12 on each leg and finished by doing the third round 10 on each leg. No breaks just keep going.
1. Squat position lateral step right / left
2. Standing hip abduction right / left
3. Squat position kickbacks alternating
