As you know I’m in Denmark these days so I prepared a #FitnessFriday video before leaving Los Angeles. Since I’m in Denmark I’ve been working out once and I’m working out again today. I’m really trying to get a few work out ins otherwise it’s going to be so damn hard the first session when I return ha ha.
This work out I’m sharing today is upper body and core – especially good for girls. I definitely don’t want a big upper body so don’t worry – these exercises will tone and make you look lean;)
I did 15 repetition 3 times with a 30 sec break time.
