Look what I just received in the mail. Over the holiday weekend (Labor Day Weekend) I went a little nuts and did some major shopping. I mean they had an amazing promo code so why not?
They still have a great promotion going so get inspired by what I got – I mean who doesn’t need a duster coat – and use ownit30 at checkout for a 30% off selected lines. <3 Btw I already have the black heeled sandals in nude and they are so freaking comfortable.
I’m sure a lot of you have been wondering happened to my blog and where I’ve been. I’ve not been on my blog in almost two months which is crazy. Not only did I need a break from blogging I’ve also been so busy and I really needed to focus on other things in my life than blogging.
I’ve recently signed with a publicist and a social media team and I’ve been busy working on music deals with some amazing talented people (will tell you more another day). I’ve also been traveling, celebrating my birthday and Mama-Zanne is in town and we are finalizing the last details on her opening up clinic in Beverly Hills!!!! Exciting. Even though I have a million things going on right now I have decided to start blogging again and I’m really excited to share this new chapter with you guys. Some pretty exciting things has happened over the last couple of months.
Till next time don’t forget to follow me on a Snapchat (victoriahbech) and Instagram @Victoriahbech
I’ve been really busy the last couple of days preparing for my trip. There’s always so many things to get done before going away. Not only do I have the regular errands, I also have to pack, go see my doctor for a check up after my surgery and of course cuddle with my furry babies. I’m going to miss them so much. I rarely go anywhere without them so I always miss them so much when I go on trips and I can’t bring them.
Since I have a trillion things to do I didn’t have time to post a new #FitnessFriday video today. But you can get inspired by the one from last week instead.
Do three sets of 10. You will work out your booty, legs, core, abs and get your heart rate up – how awesome with only three exercises 😉
My skin is normally really good and clear a. Not too long ago I woke up one morning and my skin looked like Word War III – like foreign people had invaded my skin overnight. I hadn’t exposed my skin to anything new like products, makeup etc so I was freaking out. I know it sounds a little crazy but I was devasted and I totally panicked. I was running around the house, googling how to clear up my skin, called Mama-Zanne and Red he thought something serious had happened ha ha.
I called Skin By Carlaand immediately texted her pictures of my skin to see what she could do. I did a video with Carla in January about Hydra facials so I hoped she could help.
Carla uses the latest technology a LED mask and a hydra facial which is a hydradermabrasion procedure that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates using a Vortex-fusion to induce antioxidants and peptides to give you an amazing glow.
I saw Carla the same day and let me tell you she did magic to my skin!!
Before my treatment The morning after my treatment (day 1)
I mean come on – of course it isn’t completely gone but what an amazing result in one day and definitely more manageable than the day before!!! This subject is very uncomfortable and it’s not easy to share pictures like these – but I hope to be able to help others in a similar situation.
Below you can see what my skin looked like on day 4!!!
If you want to learn more about what a Hydra Facial is check out the video I did the first time I visited Skin By Carla. (The video is sponsored but from January before my break out – but it still gives you an idea of the treatment).
